These Terms of Use supplement the main Terms and Conditions for day-to-day product usage within HiddenTicks. In the event of a conflict, the legally approved contractual documentation prevails.

HiddenTicks is a training and simulation environment. All market scenarios, replay views, metrics, analytics, and outputs are provided solely to train decision-making and risk processes.

You may not use HiddenTicks to infringe third-party rights, bypass security measures, overload the platform, compromise other accounts, or extract hidden product logic.

Automated scripts, bots, or scrapers are only permitted with explicit written approval. The same applies to penetration testing, reverse engineering, and load testing outside officially provided interfaces.

Beta features, promotions, trial access, demo scenarios, or admin overrides may be modified or discontinued without any entitlement to permanent availability.

You must protect your account against unauthorized access and report security incidents without delay. HiddenTicks may take temporary protective action if misuse is suspected.

Training data, trade histories, and analytics may be exportable where the platform offers that functionality. There is no entitlement to specific export formats or unlimited retention unless explicitly agreed.

The platform does not replace financial, legal, tax, or regulatory advice. Any decisions taken outside the training context remain entirely your responsibility.
