Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions: HiddenTicks provides recurring digital services. Payment methods, renewals, and cancellations are generally managed through the Stripe checkout and billing portal process.

2. Cancellation: Users can generally cancel an active subscription before the end of the current billing period unless the booked plan clearly states a different contractual term.

3. Refunds: Whether partial or full refunds are granted depends on the offer model, the delivery status of the digital service, applicable consumer-law requirements, and any goodwill decision. No blanket refund promise exists unless expressly stated.

4. Billing errors and duplicate charges: Verifiable technical billing errors, duplicate charges, or accidental multiple charges will be corrected after review.

5. Consumer rights: Digital-content and digital-service contracts may be subject to statutory withdrawal or consumer protection rights. Their exact scope should be assessed against the actual checkout and fulfillment flow used at launch.

6. Billing support: For cancellation and refund requests, please contact billing@hiddenticks.com and include the email address used for the purchase plus the invoice or payment reference.

7. Misuse and circumvention: Refunds, trial access, or goodwill arrangements may be denied where there is reliable evidence of misuse, duplicate accounts, or attempts to bypass freemium limits, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Mandatory law prevails: Mandatory consumer, tax, and payment-services law takes precedence over this policy where applicable.
